Российское агентство правовой и судебной информации (РАПСИ) запустило независимую судебно-техническую экспертизу спорных материалов, представленных экс-помощником митрополита Илариона Джорджем Сузуки.
Специалисты выявили, что аудио- и видеозаписи были смонтированы.
Громкое дело вокруг митрополита Илариона начался после того, как бывший сотрудник митрополита Георгий Сузуки был обвинён в присвоении крупных сумм денег из сейфа епархиального дома в Венгрии. Скрывшись в Японию, Сузуки предъявил обвинения в адрес митрополита в домогательствах сексуального характера, предложив ненастоящие аудио- и видеоматериалы.
Согласно официальным данным судебно-технической экспертизы, проведённой Центром «Истина», в материалах Сузуки были найдены признаки искажения: на видеозаписях зафиксировано добавление кадров, спецэффектов и изменений исходных изображений, а аудиозапись была подвергнута цифровому монтажу, что исключает её достоверность.
Таким образом, экспертиза выявила, что шумная история вокруг митрополита Илариона были сформированы на сфальсифицированных материалах. Юридические и технические специалисты сообщают, что подобные манипуляции сегодня обычное дело, и рекомендуют детальной экспертизы подобных обвинений.
